I think this is a fair distribution for the long-term success of the DAO.

LPs are aligned long-term with the DAO so they should receive the greatest reward. Noisemakers are great but many will disappear after starting their stream then dump their tokens - that's a fact. I hope many stick around because it will be worth it but only a few will.

I also think that in order for this DAO to be successful the treasury needs lots of tokens. I think the DAO twitter account should be included in the noisemaker distribution, especially if the noisemaker allocation is increased. This way the treasury will get some funds even if there are not many unclaimed tokens. The treasury being well funded is very important because it allows for people (such as noisemakers) to be rewarded over the long term. I don't think the DAO twitter will even be the highest rewarded noisemaker so it is fair to those who have been actively tweeting.

I don't want to be misunderstood, I think noisemakers deserve lots of tokens its critical to growth and decentralization, also they have done good work. That being said, its important to consider the DAOs success long term which includes:

Rewarding people who have invested their own money and stuck around when it was unclear there would even be any more projects.

Funding the treasury significantly so we can continue to spread tokens throughout the community and grow over time.

These two things are the most important in my opinion. So 30% to noisemakers is very fair and makes sense. If raised to 40% for noisemakers the DAO twitter account should be included.
